"It's been touted as the world's third largest hydro-electric dam, and it's already led to the resignation of the country's environment minister. Brazil's Bel Monte dam is at the centre of controversy. The country is divided over the building of such large projects, deep in the Amazon rainforest. Environmentalists say thousands will be left homeless. Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Altamira."
