Animals held at fur farms in china are kept in a cage just large enough to hold them until they are large enough to have their fur sold. They are taken from the cages and beaten over the head so it is hard for them to move. Then, the have their hind legs chopped off just before the skin is pulled off. Then the animal is thrown into the back of a truck to die.
The only reason the animal isn't killed before it gets skinned is because its easier to remove the skin while the animal is still warm and moving.
